Ganadhipati Panchakam

श्री गणाधिपति पञ्चरत्न स्तोत्रम्

ॐ सरागिलोकदुर्लभं विरागिलोकपूजितं
सुरासुरैर्नमस्कृतं जरापमृत्युनाशकम् ।
गिरा गुरुं श्रिया हरिं जयन्ति यत्पदार्चकाः
नमामि तं गणाधिपं कृपापयः पयोनिधिम् ॥१॥

गिरीन्द्रजामुखाम्बुज प्रमोददान भास्करं
करीन्द्रवक्त्रमानताघसङ्घवारणोद्यतम् ।
सरीसृपेश बद्धकुक्षिमाश्रयामि सन्ततं
शरीरकान्ति निर्जिताब्जबन्धुबालसन्ततिम् ॥२॥

शुकादिमौनिवन्दितं गकारवाच्यमक्षरं
प्रकाममिष्टदायिनं सकामनम्रपङ्क्तये ।
चकासतं चतुर्भुजैः विकासिपद्मपूजितं
प्रकाशितात्मतत्वकं नमाम्यहं गणाधिपम् ॥३॥

नराधिपत्वदायकं स्वरादिलोकनायकं
ज्वरादिरोगवारकं निराकृतासुरव्रजम् ।
कराम्बुजोल्लसत्सृणिं विकारशून्यमानसैः
हृदासदाविभावितं मुदा नमामि विघ्नपम् ॥४॥

श्रमापनोदनक्षमं समाहितान्तरात्मनां
सुमादिभिः सदार्चितं क्षमानिधिं गणाधिपम् ।
रमाधवादिपूजितं यमान्तकात्मसम्भवं
शमादिषड्गुणप्रदं नमामि तं विभूतये ॥५॥

गणाधिपस्य पञ्चकं नृणामभीष्टदायकं
प्रणामपूर्वकं जनाः पठन्ति ये मुदायुताः ।
भवन्ति ते विदां पुरः प्रगीतवैभवाजवात्
चिरायुषोऽधिकः श्रियस्सुसूनवो न संशयः ॥


॥ इति दक्षिणाम्नाय श्रिङ्गेरी श्रीशारदापीठाधिपति शङ्कराचार्य जगद्गुरुवर्यो श्री सच्चिदानन्द शिवाभिनव नृसिंहभारती महास्वामिभिः विरचितम् श्री गणाधिपति पञ्चरत्न स्तोत्रम् सम्पूर्णम्

Subramanya Ashtakam


हे स्वामिनाथ करुणाकर दीनबन्धो श्रीपार्वतीशमुखपङ्कज पद्मबन्धो ।
श्रीशादिदेवगणपूजितपादपद्म वल्लीश नाथ मम देहि करावलम्बम् ॥१॥
O Merciful one! Friend of the down trodden! The Sun of (who blossoms) the Lotus face of the Lord of Pārvatī, He whose lotus feet are worshipped by Śrīśa (Lord Viṣṇu), O Lord dearest to Vallī! O Svāminātha! Thoust may lend thy holy hand unto me!
देवाधिदेवसुत देवगणाधिनाथ देवेन्द्रवन्द्य मृदुपङ्कजमञ्जुपाद ।
देवर्षिनारदसुगीतकीर्ते वल्लीश नाथ मम देहि करावलम्बम् ॥२॥
O son of the Lord of Lords – Maheśvara, Lord of the Deva Gaṇas (Demigods), He whose tender lotus feet are propitiated by Indra (the celestial ruler), He whose praises are sung by Devarṣi Nārada, O Lord dearest to Vallī! Thoust may lend thy holy hand unto me!
नित्यान्नदाननिरताखिलरोगहारिन् भाग्यप्रदानपरिपूरितभक्तकाम ।
श्रुत्यागमप्रणववाच्यनिजस्वरूप वल्लीश नाथ मम देहि करावलम्बम् ॥३॥
O Destroyer the diseases of those who daily perform charity of food! Bestower of all wealth! Essence of the Vedas, Āgamas and the Praṇava, O Lord dearest to Vallī! Thoust may lend thy holy hand unto me!
क्रौञ्चासुरेन्द्रपरिखण्डनशक्तिशूलचापादिशस्त्रपरिमण्डितदिव्यपाणे ।
श्रीकुण्डलीशधृततुण्डशिखीन्द्रवाह वल्लीश नाथ मम देहि करावलम्बम् ॥४॥
O weilder of the cosmic lance (Vel), spear (śūlam), bow and arrow(s) which wrought destruction unto Krauñcāsura and his associates! The peacock which holds Vāsuki(the celestial serpent) on its beak, which is your vehicle, O Lord dearest to Vallī! Thoust may lend thy holy hand unto me!
देवादिदेवरथमण्डलमध्यमेत्य देवेन्द्रपीठनगरं दृढचापहस्त ।
शूरं निहत्य सुरकोटिभिरीड्यमान वल्लीश नाथ मम देहि करावलम्बम् ॥५॥
O Lord of Lords! The great warrior who repaired to the city of Devendra on a (divine) chariot, He whom the gods extolled when He destroyed (the illusory mount Krauñca) by casting His cosmic lance, O Lord dearest to Vallī! Thoust may lend thy holy hand unto me!
हीरादिरत्नवलयुक्तकिरीटहार केयूरकुण्डललसत्कवचाभिराम ।
हे वीर तारकजयामरबृन्दवन्द्य वल्लीश नाथ मम देहि करावलम्बम् ॥६॥
He whose charming brilliance is magnified by a crown bedecked with diamonds and other precious gems, keyura, earrings and armour. O warrior Lord, victor of Tārkāsura! O Lord! who is extolled by the gods and dearest to Vallī! Thoust may lend thy holy hand unto me!
पञ्चाक्षरादिमनुमन्त्रितगाङ्गतोयैः पञ्चामृतैः प्रमुदितेन्द्रमुखैर्मुनीन्द्रैः ।
पट्टाभिषिक्त हरियुक्त परासनाथ वल्लीश नाथ मम देहि करावलम्बम् ॥७॥
He who is propitiated through abhiṣekam of holy waters of the Gaṅgā sacntified by the great Pañcākṣara and other mantras and Pañcāmṛtam by Indra and other celestials! O Lord with peacock (as your vehicle), O Destroyer of the six enemies like Kāma (lust) and others! (ariṣaḍvargaṁ), O Lord dearest to Vallī! Thoust may lend thy holy hand unto me!
श्रीकार्तिकेय करुणामृतपूर्णदृष्ट्या कामादिरोगकलुषीकृतदुष्टचित्तम् ।
सिक्त्वा तु मामव कलाधरकान्तिकान्त्या वल्लीश नाथ मम देहि करावलम्बम् ॥८॥
O Kartikeya! O Dearest to Valli! Protect (me of) the wicked mind(ed) corrupted by Kāma and other maladies through (Your) merciful nectarine Grace like the cool radiant moonlight, O Lord! Thoust protect me by lending thy holy hand unto me!
सुब्रह्मण्याष्टकं पुण्यं ये पठन्ति द्विजोत्तमाः
ते सर्वमुक्तिमायान्ति सुब्रह्मण्यप्रसादतः ॥९॥
The best of the twice born who recite this virtous hymn called ‘Subrahmaṇyāṣṭakaṁ’, beget all wealth and salvation by the grace of Lord Subrahmaṇya.
सुब्रह्मण्याष्टकमिदं पुण्यं प्रातरुत्थाय यः पठेत् ।
कोटिजन्मकृतं पापं तत्क्षणात्तस्य नश्यति ॥१०॥
He who recites this virtous hymn called ‘Subrahmaṇyāṣṭakaṁ’, getting up early in the morning, the sins accrued over a crore births, are destroyed instantaneously.

Ganesh Stuti - Gajananam Bhuta

गजाननं भूत गणाधि सेवितं कपित्थ जम्बू फलसार भक्षकम् ।
उमासुतं शोकविनाश कारणम् नमामि विघ्नेश्वर पाद पकंजम् ॥

Gajananam Bhuta Ganathi Sevitam
Kapittha Jambu Palasara Bhaksitam
Uma Sutam Shoka Vinasha Karanam
Namami Vigneshwara Pada Pankajam


He who has the face of an elephant, one who is worshipped by the Bhootha ganam, He who eats the essence of kapitha and Jumbu fruits, He who is the son of Uma Devi and He who allieviates the ill feelings in us. O! Lord Vigneshwara who is an embodiment of all the above, we offer our Namaskarams at your Divine feet.

Ganesh (Ganapati) Stava गणपतिस्तवः

गणपतिस्तवः

श्रीगणेशाय नमः ॥

ऋषिरुवाच ॥
Garga Rishi Spoke thus:

अजं निर्विकल्पं निराहारमेकं निरानन्दमानंदमद्वैतपूर्णम् ।
परं निर्गुणं निर्विशेषं निरीहं परब्रह्मरूपं गणेशं भजेम् ॥१॥
Let us worship Lord Ganesha, the one who is unborn, beyond imagination, without definite form, beyond happiness, the absolute happiness, the one hand only one, the best among the best, without material qualities, easily obtainable desireless and the form of the Supreme.

गुणातीतमानं चिदानंदरूपं चिदाभासकं सर्वगं ज्ञानगम्यम् ।
मुनिध्येयमाकाशरूपं परेशं परब्रह्मरूपं गणेश भजेम् ॥२॥
Let us worship Lord Ganesha, the one who is transcendental to the material modes of nature, the form of the supreme happiness, one who can be experienced through the mind, the all the pervading, one who can be approached through knowledge, meditated by sages, the form of the sky, the best of all and the form of the Supreme.

जगत्कारणं कारणज्ञानरूपं सुरादिं सुखादिं गुणेशं गणेशम् ।
जगद्व्यापिनं विश्ववंद्यं सुरेशं परब्रह्मरूपं गणेशं भजेम् ॥३॥
Let us worship Lord Ganesha, the one who us the cause for the existence of the Universe and the knowledge, Premier of the Gods, primal happiness, Lord of qualities, Lord of Deva group, one who pervades through the Universe, worshipped by the Universe, Lord of the Gods and the one who symbolizes the Supreme.

रजोयोगतो ब्रह्मरूपं श्रुतिज्ञं सदा कार्यसक्तं ह्रदाऽचिंत्यरूपम् ।
जगत्कारणं सर्वविद्यानिधानं परब्रह्मरूपं गणेशं नताः स्मः ॥४॥
Let us bow down to Lord Ganesha, the one who is beyond passion, the form of the Creator, knower of the Vedas, always with the actions, the form that is inconceivable by heart, cause for the existence of the Universe, responsible for all knowledge and the one who symbolizes the Supreme.

सदा सत्ययोग्यं मुदा क्रीडमानं सुरारी न्हरंतं जगत्पालयंतम् ।
अनेकावतारं निजज्ञानहारं सदा विश्वरूपं गणेशं नमामः ॥५॥
Let us salute Lord Ganesha, the one who is manifestation of the truth, blissful, appeased by the activities of people, one who is victorious over demons, governs the Universe, who takes many incarnations, carriers the supreme knowledge and the form of Vishwarupa.

तपोयोगिनं रुद्ररूपं त्रिनेत्रं जगद्धारकं तारकं ज्ञानहेतुम् ।
अनेकागमैः स्वं जनं बोधयंतं सदा सर्वरूपं गणेशं नमामः ॥६॥
Let us salute Lord Ganesha, controller of tamas, the form of destruction, one who has three eyes, destructor of the Universe, the carriers across the bonds of life, the cause of knowledge, preaches to many people who see Him and the form of everything (Shiva).

नमः स्तोमहारं जनाज्ञानहारं त्रयीवेदसारं परब्रह्मसारम् ।
मुनिज्ञानकारं विदूरे विकारं सदा ब्रह्मरूपं गणेशं नमामः ॥७॥
Let is salute Lord Ganesha, the one who removes tamas qualities, removes ignorance of people, the essence of the three Vedas, the essence of the Supreme, cause of knowledge in the sages, looks misshaped form distant and always the form of the Supreme.

निजैरोषधीस्तर्पयंतं कराद्यैः सुरौघान्कलाभिः सुधास्त्राविणीभिः ।
दिनेशांशुसंतापहारं द्विजेशं शशांकस्वरूप गणेशं नमामः ॥८॥
Let us salute Lord Ganesha, the one who makes the plants happy by his rays, one who makes Gods happy by the tarpana of streams of nectar, one who cools down the heat of the Sun, the best of the Brahmins and the one who us the form of the Moon.

अनेकक्रियानेकशक्तिस्वरूपं सदा शक्तिरूपं गणेशं नमामः ॥९॥
प्रधानस्वरूपं महत्तत्वरूपं धराचारिरूपं दिगीशादिरूपम् ।
Let us salute Lord Ganesha, the one who is the form of light, the form of the sky, the form of wind, the cause for changes, one who supports the arts, cause for many activities, form of strength and the form of Shakti.

असत्सत्स्वरूपं जगद्धेतुरूपं सदा विश्वरूपं गणेशं नताः स्मः ॥१०॥
त्वदीये मनः स्थापयेदंघ्रियुग्मे स नो विघ्नसंघातपीडां लभेत ।
Let us salute Lord Ganesha, the one who is important form of the nature, great form of qualities, wanders over the Earth, form of Lord of the directions, form of the existent and the non-existent, the cause for the Universe and always the form of the Universe.

लसत्सूर्यबिम्बे विशाले स्थितोऽयं जनो ध्वांतपीडा कथं वा लभेत ॥११॥
वयं भ्रामिताः सर्थथाऽज्ञानयोगादलब्धास्तवांघ्रि बहून्वर्षपूगान् ।
People who prostrate to your feet would be freed from obstacles. The one who is like the shining Sun who is vast, when you are present, how would people be subjected to darkness?

इदानीमवाप्तास्तवैव प्रसादात्प्रपन्नान्सदा पाहि विश्वम्भराद्य ॥१२॥
We, who are illusioned, always linked with ignorance, we have bowed down to your feet. The Supreme one, the one who has the manifestation of the Universe, it is because of your grace your feet are found, protect us.

एवं स्तुतो गणेशस्तु संतुष्टोऽभून्महामुने ।
कृपया परयोपेतोऽभिधातुमुपचक्रमे ॥१३॥
O Greate Sage! One who prays Lord Ganesha in the above mentioned way, is happy. By His grace, I begin to pray Him to obtain the Supreme knowledge.
॥इति श्रीमद्गर्गमहर्षिप्रणीतो गणपतिस्तवः सम्पूर्णः ॥
Thus, ends the prayer to Lord Ganesha as recited by Garga Rishi.
